Fried Rice Tofu Bento

Again, less than 30 minutes to cook and put together. I made tofu terriaki again because my friend told me how to make my own sauce and I wanted to try it out!

Top tier: tomatoes, carrots, deli turkey breast, artichoke heart, lettuce, and grapefruit.
Bottom tier: terriaki tofu with sesame seeds sprinkled on top, and fried rice.
