I've been wanting to make a bento using potatoes, and happened to be frying some up tonight. So I figured I might as well make one at the same time!
I tried to make tamagoyaki, but I've never done it before and am not a particularly skilled cook. So, I produced tamagoyaki in the form of scrambled eggs. Tastes much better than it looks! Next time I will use less eggs and remember to refresh a look at directions before starting!
The lower tier contains strawberries on top of plain greek yogurt, with grapefruit on the side.
The upper level has turkey bacon, tamagoyaki (scramble), and potatoes fried in canola oil and flavored with various seasonings.
